Problem

Dates from my ASPDNSF are swapping the month and day.For example my customer order was created on 3rd May 2012, but Linnworks thinks it was on 5th March 2012.

Cause

The settings on your ASPDNSF are mismatched so that the date being sent is in US format mm/dd/yyyyy but the Locale is set to en-GB which is dd/mm/yyyy.

Solution

Change the Database so that the locale is set to en-GB
