Amazon Fails to accept updated levels from Linnworks

Error: The XML you submitted is ill-formed at the Amazon Envelope XML level at (or near) line 1, column 342.

Problem

An existing Amazon listing that is linked to a Linnworks Inventory item fails to update on channelThis can then affect other listings that should be updated but are included in the batch being submitted

Cause

The Amazon API does not handle SKU's with spaces or that are longer than 25 characters

Solution

Remove all spaces and limit the length of the Amazon SKU to 25 characters
