Problem

Listed products on eBay via Linnlive, then uploaded images for the listed products using data import tool. My listings don't seem to have any images in the gallery.

Cause

There could be two causes

1) Images were uploaded for the inventory after the listings have been created

2) Image was not selected as a gallery image when the product was listed

Solution

1) Go to Inventory > Product Listing (or login to linnlive account at http://eu.linnlive.com)

2) Go to Inventory

3) Select all the listings that are affected (or select all inventory items)

4) right click > Edit

5) Find the column Images and find items that have 0 / 0 in the Image column (this means 0 images selected out of 0 images available)

6) click on the 0 / 0 button for the relevant item in the Image column

7) click on Download Images from Linnworks

8) and ensure the main Gallery image is ticked

9) Save and click Update button for the listing.
