Problem

When looking at Reorder Low Stock all items appear in Default supplier

Cause

Reorder low stock looks up products by suppliers marked as default supplier. If you have added supplier to product suppliers list but did not mark it as Default supplier, Linnworks won't be showing this product as belonging to the supplier. 

Solution

  1. Go to My Inventory
  2. Edit Item
  3. Suppliers
  4. Mark supplier as default

You can automatically allocate suppliers as default in the Product Supplier import routine. Linnworks also allocates supplier as default during importing, if more then one supplier exists for the product it will allocate the cheapest one as default.
