Problem

My Open Orders screen is not displaying any columns

OR

My Process Orders screen is not displaying any columns

Cause

The config for the Open orders grid has been corrupted

Solution

  • Close Linnworks
  • In Windows explorer browse to C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\linnworks where [USER] is the name of the currently logged in user
  • Delete the openorders.xml or ProcessedOrderLayout.xml
  • Restart Linnworks
