Problem

Time displayed for our "Order Received Date" is one hour slower than the actual time shown for payment with paypal

Cause

In this case it is in UTC time rather than BST(GMT + 1)

Solution

For continuity reasons it is not possible to automatically alter the times from UTC to local time.
