As of April 2013 Royal Mail has rebranded some of their core services. As far as the integration is concerned this is just a change of name and PPI stamp.

Linnworks Postal Service Methods

We have updated these names so that for all new Direct integrations will create updated Linnworks Postal Methods.

Customers with existing integration will see that the Royal Mail services will be renamed but the Linnworks Postal Service methods will remain the same.  This is due to the fact any Order Automation script could be broken and the name of the service is hardcoded.

If you wish to change the Linnworks Postal Service Method names please run through the following steps:

1)      Go to Settings > Postal Service Methods and edit then name of the desired service.

2)      If you have order Automation script that assigns postal services then you will need to change the code. In open orders Right-Click any order and select Configuration > Order Automation

3)      Select the script to open the editor. You will need to replace the old service name with the corresponding new name.  You should look for the method
