DPD and Interlink - Ship@Ease Integration

Note: Direct Integration is now available for DPD and Interlink and should be used instead of working with Ship@Ease through Custom Bespoke Courier this is due to more services being available with the Direct Integrations

Linnworks can integrate with the 'Ship@Ease' software used by Interlink and DPD using the Custom/Bespoke Courier integration method. When using this method, you should use a PC which also has 'Ship@Ease' running on it to produce the shipping labels. This article includes instructions for integrating with the software.

Before beginning this integration, please confirm that your DPD/Interlink engineer has set up the Ship@Ease Software to the agreed Specification.

1.  In Linnworks, open 'Settings', 'Postal Services Methods'.
