  • 3. Specify shipping services and shipping costs
  • 4. Allocate browse nodes for the listings
  • 5. Specify attributes to be used in listings
  • 6. Add attributes for variations (only for variation products)
  • 7. Revise configurator (if required)
  • 8. Duplicate Configurator (if required)

    Detailed Guide

    3. Specify Shipping Services and Shipping Costs

    In the Shipping section in Amazon Configurator you can select shipping different shipping options for your listings:

      3.1 Select Default option to use default account-level shipping settings for all products listed using given configurator.

      3.2 Select Simple Options to select Ship Internationally and Expedited Shipping options that differ from your default shipping services. Items listed using given configurator will have the selected shipping options.

      3.3  Select Shipping Override to create specific shipping rules for products that will be listed using given configurator. Options selected here will override shipping settings selected in your Amazon account. With Shipping Overrides option enabled, default shipping settings will be used in listings only if a shipping option is not added in the Shipping Override section.

      a) From the Shipping cost currency drop-down box select required currency;

      b) Click Add Shipping button to add Shipping service to the configurator;

      c) Click on the shipping service name to select the required shipping service from the drop-down list. Shipping services displayed in the list vary from country to country;

Recommended attributes are marked with yellow colour and in white background are optional attributes.

    8. Duplicate Configurator (if required)

    LinnLive offers the possibility to duplicate configurators to save time when there is a need to create several identical configurators which differ slightly. E.g. if you need to have identical configurators for one and the same site and category. Sometimes it is faster to duplicate a configurator and alter it than create a brand new configurator. When duplicated configurator is created, "(0)" is added to the end of the configurator's title. This title can be edited.

      8.1 Select the configurator to be duplicated;

      8.2 Click Duplicate Selected button at the top of the Amazon Configurators screen (8.1);

      8.3 Duplicated configurator will appear at the bottom of the Amazon Configurators screen (8.2);

      8.4 Alter the settings of the configurator;

      8.5 Click Save Changes button at the top of the Amazon Configurators screen;

      8.6 Click Yes to the question 'Are you sure you want to save changes?'.
