Once you have set up your Flubit account to work with Linnworks it will appear in the list of channels on the Channel Integration screen. From here you can enable / disable integration and inventory sync for each individual channel as well as access configuration and inventory mapping tools.
To enable / disable individual channel integration within Linnworks, simply click the small circle in the Enabled column that corresponds to the channel you wish to alter. A green light means that the channel is enabled in Linnworks, while a red light denotes that it is disabled.
The same process applies to the Inventory Sync function, clicking a circle will toggle between enabled and disabled for the specified channel. A green light means that the Linnworks will sync inventory with this channel while a red light indicates that it will not.
Clicking the Config button for a specified channel will bring up the Account Config menu for that channel.
This screen has the following options:
Mark as despatched – If this is ticked Linnworks will send Order Processed, Tracking number and selected shipping service to Flubit once an order is despatched.
Standard Delivery Service (Optional) - This is where you specify the shipping service you will use for your Flubit orders where Standard Shipping is selected.
Standard Delivery Price (Optional) - Enter the same standard shipping price as you setup in your WeFlubit Acount.
Express Delivery Service (Optional) - This is where you specify the shipping service you will use for Flubit orders where Standard Shipping is selected.
Standard Delivery Price (Optional) - Enter the same express shipping price as you setup in your WeFlubit Account.
Select Amazon Sub Sources to get new items to list - Select the Amazon sub Source/s you wish to use for the selected Flubit channel.
Select default discount to apply for new items (%) - This specifies the amount that will be taken off your Amazon price (Stored in Linnworks) to generate the FBP (Flubit Base Price)
Update Inventory - If ticked, Linnworks will be updating SKUs on Flubit. If no stock is left, no offers will be made to Flubit customers. If you have stock the Available quantity listing will be updated. If the listing ended and you get more stock in, Flubit will be able to make offers to sellers again.
Update Pricing - If this option is enabled you will be able to edit the Flubit Base Price of a SKU under the Listing Descriptions.
Default Max Listed Quantity - This is the amount of your inventory Flubit will advertise at one time, on a per SKU basis.
Default Max List Percentage - This is the percentage of your inventory Flubit will advertise at one time, on a per SKU basis.
Default End When Quantity (pcs) - This is the minimum amount of stock you must have for Flubit to list a SKU.
