Problem: eBay Inventory Sync Error

Problem

I am receiveing the following error message

'ebay inventory sync error: ebay0 get listings error. The time range between time from and time to has exceeded 121 days.'

Cause

The last sync date for eBay inventory is too old 

Solution

Select Settings -> Channel Integration

Select the eBay channel

Click to edit the Config

Set the Last Inventory Sync (Server) to an appropriate date
