Problem

Orders downloaded from eBay not showing correct time. Received order date is 1 or more hours behind the actual time. 

Cause

All orders downloaded from all eBay sites report UTC date as Received date. This is by design to preserve the synchronization timestamp. 

Resolution

By design. No resolution. The time of eBay orders cannot be adjusted.
