Linnworks Anywhere enteprise package comes with dedicated connection details that can be used to access the database directly from a third party application or SQL Server Management Studio. By default this connection account is not setup, if you wish to create it, follow the steps below

• Login to Account Management System, https://acc.linnworks.com
• Under My Account, click Linnworks Anywhere Control Panel
• Click Create Login under Connection to Linnworks Anywhere database

The connection details provide you with Server IP address, database name, username and password. The password cannot be specified from the control panel, it is generated automatically. You can however reset the password anytime you want.
