Problem

When listing new product on Amazon via LinnLive, the listing is being created with SKU suffixed with a number. For example, SKU=10001, on Amazon it is being created as 10001.1

Cause

This is intended behaviour. LinnLive adds suffix to newly created listings to avoid duplicated SKUs. In many cases multiple listings are being created from a single stock item. To keep SKUs unique on Amazon, LinnLive adds an incremental number.

The listing mapping is automatically created and it should not cause any inventory synchronization problems.

Suffix will be added when items were previously created on any of your Amazon channels. In other words, LinnLive automatically adds .1, .2, .3 etc. after the SKU making your SKU unique upon creating it in LinnLive. If no items were previously created, there will be no need to make the given SKU unique/different.

Resolution

This is by design. Cannot be changed or reconfigured.
