There are several options available :

• Lock an order – locking means the order remains in the open orders but you cannot print labels, invoices, process this order or do any other actions with regards to this order. Locking an order also means that the order items do not affect available stock level.
• Parking an order – parking an order behaves in the same manner as Locking an order (i.e. you cannot do anything with the order while it is parked), however the order items will still be deducted from available stock level and the order will be available in open orders export routines.
