Yes. Linnworks will generate the label in the same manner as when you print a label individually. The tracking number will be recorded against the order and it will be uploaded back to the channel once the order is processed.

Furthermore, when you print an invoice with integrated label any errors in printing the label will be fed back to Linnworks as you print invoices. Therefore you will be able to see if the label has been printed in the Audit Trail and the flag indicator will display Label Printed icon (or in case of an error - it will display and detail an error).
