Overview

Manual Sync allows users to choose when a sync is required to be run. Synchronisation allows Linnworks to sync orders, stock levels, run Data Imports/Exports, run Scripts/Macros and submit fulfilment data.

How to run a Manual sync

• Click on the Synchronization tab;
• Click on the Sync button.

Unlock Sync

If a Sync is already running on another PС connected to you account a warning will be displayed and you will be informed that it is possible to unlock the sync to run Manual syn on this PС. This must only be done if your are 100% sure that the reason the Sync is locked is due to Linnworks crashing.
