Cross Border Trading or CBT is the buying and selling of goods and services between businesses in neighbouring countries, with the seller being in one country and the buyer in another country.

This means that within one eBay integration in Linnworks you can start trading with different countries, sites and you do not have to keep adding separate eBay channels for the different eBay sites.

How do you determine if you are using a CBT account?

Case 1:

When you log into your eBay you can see orders and listings from eBay.co.uk, Ebay.de, eBay.fr,.. on the same site.

This means you are using a CBT account.

Case 2:

To view orders and listings from eBay.co.uk you need to access your ebay.co.uk account. To view orders and listings from eBay.com you need to access your eBay.com account. The same applies to all other eBay marketplaces.

This means you are not using a CBT account.
