Building a Report

To build a report in Linnworks Analytics click the New Report button at the top of the window. This will bring up the New Report wizard that will walk through the process of creating a report from scratch.

Firstly, select the type of report to be created. You can read more about the different types of reports on the Linnworks Analytics Documentation page.

Once you have selected the type of report you wish to create, you need to select which measures and dimensions you want to include. Double-click the measures and dimensions to select / deselect them before clicking the Next button.

You can then apply filters to the data to ensure you only get data from a certain data range, a specific supplier or different locations.

The last step is to name your Report before clicking the Build Now button. When the progress bar is complete and the report has been generated, it will be added to the list of available reports in the My Reports window. From here you can view, rebuild or delete the report.

The time stamp displayed next to the report name is the last rebuild time for that report. Clicking the Rebuild button will collect the latest data for your report.

Double clicking on a report allows you to edit some of its properties such as the measures, dimensions and filters used.
