System Requirements

LinnLive is a browser-based application which is built using Silverlight technology. Therefore, Microsoft Silverlight must be installed on the computer. Visit official website to learn more about the installation.

Skip this step, if Microsoft Silverlight is installed.

LinnLive runs on operating systems that support Silverlight (such as Windows and Mac OS) and works with all major browsers.

Basics

• Each selling channel must be integrated in Linnworks. Click here to find out how to integrate channels.
• Magento requires to be integrated both in Linnworks and LinnLive. 

Configurators

In order to submit listings using LinnLive, configurators must be created. Configurators are required for each selling channel.

• eBay Configurator 
• Amazon Configurator
• Magento Configurator
  
  • Magento Categories, Attribute sets and Attributes available for selection in the configurator must be set up in the Magento Admin.
• BigCommerce Configurator
  
  • BigCommerce Categories available for selection in the configurator must be set up in the BigCommerce Admin.
  • BigCommerce Attributes available for selection in the configurator are BigCommerce standard product attributes.

Variations

Variation Attributes must be specified in the configurator in order to list a variation product.

Magento Variation Attributes available for selection in the configuator are Configurable Product Attributes that must be set up in the Magento Admin.
