My Support

1. Remote  Support Client

At times to be able to provide appropriate assistance Linn Systems Support may request access to your Pc. On these occasions you will need to download our Remote Support Client to permit this access.

  • Click Remote Support client (Fig 1.1) to download the application
  • Once downloaded, run the application (LinnworksRemoteSupport.exe)
  • If a Security Warning is prompted, accept the warning and click Run
  • Once running, you will need to provide Your ID and Password (Fig 1.2) as displayed to allow access

2. Book Training 

Training sessions can be booked by subscribers to Standard and above

  • Click Book Training (Fig 2.1) to be redirected to the Booking page
  • Select an available date / time for the training session
  • Click Book Now (Fig 2.2)
  • Confirm contact details and provide detail on the areas to be covered in the session (Fig 2.3)
  • Click Goto Payment to finalize booking and confirm payment or use of existing Session credit
  • Please note Training is run via the Remote Support client as detailed above

3. Telephone Support

Telephone support is available to subscribers to Enterprise or Corporate plans only

  • The number to be used for Telephone support is provided directly below the link for the Remote support client 

4. Live Chat

Technical Live support is available to subscribers of Professional and above

  • Click Live Support (Fig 4.1)
  • A new chat window will open
  • Enter your Question and click Start Chat (Fig 4.2)

5. Support Ticket

Ticket Support is available to subscribers to Entry/Basic or above

  • Click New Ticket (Fig 5.1)
  • The New Ticket Dialog will be displayed (Fig 5.2)
  • Select the most appropriate Category 
  • Where required specific properties such as SKU or Account name may be requested
  • Enter a subject
  • Provide as much detail as possible to describe the area of Linnworks with which assistance is required
  • If required attach additional supporting files using Upload Files > Select
  • Click Create ticket
