Linnworks can be set up to send notifications to customers via email

• Email notification must be enabled
• Email SMTP settings must be Set-Up and configured using the details supplied by your email provider or ISP
• Each required email Template is enabled and modified to provide the required output
• Conditional templates must be defined if different emails are required for different channels
• Auto Sending is set up for the current Linnworks session if required
