Linnworks allows for printing of the following

• Invoices
• Picking Lists
• Packing Lists
• Purchase Orders
• Shipping Labels
• Inventory Labels

Apart from Shipping and Inventory the layout for the printed paperwork must be setup in Template Designer

Invoices

• Invoices can be printed from Open Orders using Right-Click -> Print -> Print Invoices
• Invoice templates must be defined in Template Designer
• If different invoices are required to be printed, use conditions to set these up and Linnworks will pick the one that matches the required condition, if not condition match is found Linnworks will print the Default Invoice

Pick Lists

• Pick Lists can be printed from Open Orders using Right-Click -> Print -> Print Pick List
• Pick Lists template must be defined in Template Designer

Packing Lists

• Packing Lists can be printed from Open Orders using Right-Click -> Print -> Print Packing List
• Packing Lists template must be defined in Template Designer

Batch Pilots

• Batch Pilots can be configured to print multiple documents as part of a single action

Purchase Orders

• Refer to the Inventory Going Live Check List for Purchase Orders

Shipping Labels

• Refer to the Shipping Going Live Check List for Purchase Orders

Inventory Labels

• The layout for the stock item label must be defined in the Label Designer
