To enable orders to download to Linnworks the following is required

Channel Config

• The channel must be successfully integrated, and confirmed using the Test button on the channel config screen
• The channel must be enabled
• Channels can be used as a Sandbox environment until ready to GoLive by turning off Update Inventory and Mark as Despatched, this will not stop orders downloading
• Linnworks will only download orders if they do not already exist in Linnworks and the Channel Order Number/Id is not associated with an existing Linnworks Order

Amazon

• Is Default or Product based Latency required?
• Do you want to update Last Order Sync and Last Inventory Sync dates/times to avoid downloading historical orders?
• Set required UTC offset
• Allocate shipping services to auto assign channel courier method to a Linnworks Postal Service Method
• Have you set an alternate email address for those order where Amazon does not pass an email? (NOT DISCLOSED Default Email - Relevant where Email Notifications are being used)

Ebay

• Inventory Mapping Use SKU (Custom Label) ~ Strongly recommend that Custom Labels on eBay are checked to ensure they are unique before enabling this
• Inventory to Listing Mapping - All My Listings have unique SKU (Custom Label) should be enabled where true, to ensure reliable matching in orders.
• Open Map Services to auto assign channel courier method to a Linnworks Postal Service Method
• Open Map Payment Methods to auto assign channel Payment to a Linnworks Payment Method
• Tick options Revise/End/Relist listings as required

Synchronisation 

• To download orders on an adhoc basis use the Manual Sync option - Synchronization -> Sync
• To automatically download orders there are 2 options
  • Auto Sync - Sync runs locally on one of your Pc's to download orders
  • Autonomous Synchronization - Sync runs remotely on our Cloud Servers to download orders
