One of the key features of Linnworks is to manage Inventory levels. To do this the inventory must be fully setup in Linnworks

• Ensure all the required Inventory Items exist in Linnworks by using one of the following methods
  • Manually adding new items
  • Importing Inventory directly from the channel
  • Use Data Import to create the inventory from a CSV file

Inventory Level Synchronisation

To synchronise stock levels between Linnworks and the selling channels, mapping must be established between the Linnworks Inventory Item and the selling channel listings

• Ensure the correct Stock Level is set in Linnworks (if this is not done and a sync is run with linked listings, levels will be adjusted on the channels which may end some and reliist others)
• Ensure mapping is established in each individual channel mapping screen
• Ensure Inventory Update is enabled for each individual channel
• For eBay ensure Revise/Relist/End options are ticked as required
• Review mapping by checking Inventory Linking

Purchasing

Linnworks allows for the Purchase Order Management for supplier

• Suppliers must be added using Inventory Control -> Suppliers Register
• Suppliers must be added to each Inventory Item
• Appropriate minimum levels are set on the inventory items to work with Reorder Low Stock
• Email template is defined/enabled for Purchse Orders in Email Notifications
• Printing Template is defined in Template Designer
