Open Orders Top 100 Products

  • The bar graph screen holds information for inventory items inside 'Open Orders'.
  • This is for reference so you can quickly see which of your Open Order Items are the most popular.
  • The scroll bar allows for easy viewing across the top 100 products

  • Selection Criteria
    • Top 100 Order Items based on quantity or Turnover
    • Order Items currently in Open Open Orders
  • Values Reported
    • Title ~ Linnworks Inventory Item where linking is present, if not title supplied from the channel
    • Quantity ~ Number in Open Orders
    • Turnover ~ Order Item sold value * Quantity
    • Currency ~ As specified in the Order

Low Stock

  • This section is here for reference so you can quickly see which Stock Items are Out of Stock, Approaching Minimum Quantity or Past Minimum Level in a specific Location

  • Selection Criteria
    • Stock Level >= 0 AND (Minimum Level + (Minimum Level * 0.1) > Stock Level
    • OR
    • (Minimum Level + (Minimum Level * 0.1) > Stock Level - In Open Orders AND (Minimum Level - Stock Level - On Order <> 0
  • Values Reported
    • Item # ~ Linnworks Inventory Item Number
    • Item ~ Linnworks Inventory Item
    • Qty ~ Stock Level in specified Location
    • Min  ~ Linnworks Inventory Item Minimum Level
    • IN Books ~ Quantity in Open Orders in specified Location

Performance Through Time

  • This section shows a Line Graph Visually depicting turn over for the last year grouped by Currency.

  • Selection Criteria
    • Order date as received on channel
    • Order is in Open Orders OR Processed and not Cancelled
  • Values Reported
    • Total charged aggregated by Month if Linnworks contains orders over 6 months old
    • Total charged aggregated by Day if Linnworks does not contain orders over 6 months old

Performance Table

  • The Performance Table gives a quick overview of total income
    • Orders/Purchases/Refunds ~ This Month
    • Orders/Purchases/Refunds ~ Last Month
    • Orders/Purchases/Refunds ~ Year to Date

  • Selection Criteria (Orders Total)
    • Orders placed on the channel with the specified date range and downloaded to Linnworks
    • All Orders in Open Orders
    • All Processed orders not marked as Cancelled
    • Both Paid and UnPaid orders are included
  • Values Reported (Orders Total)
    • Total ~ sum of order totals broken down by currency of Order
  • Selection Criteria (Purchase Total)
    • Purchase Orders placed in Linnworks within the specified date range 
    • Includes Open, Pending and Delivered Purchase Orders
  • Values Reported (Purchase total)
    • Total ~ sum of Purchase Order totals broken down by currency
  • Selection Criteria (Returns refunds)
    • Orders placed on the channel with the specified date range and downloaded to Linnworks
    • All Orders in Open Orders
    • All Processed orders not marked as Cancelled
  • Values Reported (Returns refunds)
    • Total ~ sum of Refunds made broken down by currency
