Overview

The Sales Spread is designed to provide Order/Postage/Tax Totals for orders grouped by order currency. 

Criteria

• All Open Orders are included
• All Processed Orders that do not have the status set to Cancelled are included
• Date Order is placed on Sales Channel if Time Selection is defined

Reported Values

• All totals are grouped by the currency used when the order was placed on the sales channel
• [CURRENCY] Total ~ Order total inclusive of Tax and Postage
• [CURRENCY] Tax ~ Tax total as applied to the order/postage
• [CURRENCY] Postage ~ Postage inclusive of tax

Access to the Sales Spread report is as follows Dashboards > Sales Spread	Fig 1.1
Search This field is used to search the Tree View for all matches For example, searching for the country Germany may result in a match for both Amazon and Ebay In this case both will be selected and the combined totals will be displayed	Fig 1.2
Time Selection This is used to restrict the results to only include orders within a specific time period When set this will select orders that have a Received Date with the defined Time Period Received Date is the date the order was placed on the original selling channel Click the button to the right of the Time Selection box to be enable setting the range Set the range from the drop down Click out of the drop down to apply the  the selection A new set of totals will be recounted and displayed	Fig 1.3
Filter By Channel This is used to restrict the results to a specific Channel or set of Channels Select the required Channel from the tree view and the new totals will be recounted To include a second channel use ctrl-Click Channels can be expanded to drill down specific coutries by double clicking on the Channel	Fig 1.4
Time Axis This is used to split the totals into multiple rows in the grid and columns in the graph Click the button to the right of the Time Axis box to enable selection of the setting Select one of the options from the drop down list Click out of the drop down to apply the  the selection A new set of totals will be recounted and displayed in the grid and graph	Fig 1.5
Series Axis This is used to split the totals into multiple rows in the grid and columns in the graph Click the button to the right of the Series Axis box to enable selection of the setting Select one of the options from the drop down list Click out of the drop down to apply the  the selection A new set of totals will be recounted and displayed in the grid and graph	Fig 1.6
