Printing Templates

Overview

Printing Templates are used to customize printed transfers, these are accessible from the Settings -> Template Designer screen in Linnworks. There is a template for each stage of a transfer, so each one can be customized to suit.

Templates

To view printing templates:

Open Linnworks
Click on Settings Tab Fig 1.1
Click on Template Designer Fig 1.2

Scroll down to find 'Warehouse Transfer' templates. There are 6 templates in total.

Note: The default template is for transfers in the 'Request' stage.

Printing a Transfer

When printing a transfer, depending on the state of the transfer, i.e Accepted, or Packing, the corresponding template will be printed from the Template Designer.

To print a transfer:

Click on the transfer to open the Edit Transfer view Fig 2.1
Click on Print Transfer Fig 2.2
