The extended properties import allows you to import additional information about products such as Attributes used for listing, specification, condition information or to allow for additional functionality within linnworks such as the fulfilment centre SKU for identifying products within a fulfilment centre feed. Please note there is a limit of 50 characters on Property Name and a limit of 2000 characters on the Property Value. Also the Delete field can be used to remove Attributes from Extended Properties based on a target SKU.

Deleting Extended Properties

To delete extended properties from within the Data Import Wizard a column named “Delete” needs to be inside the CSV file. Set the value to “Yes” or “No” as required.
