Sold Stock Between Dates (by Location and Source)

Overview

The report gets all sold and despatched (only processed orders are included in the report) stock between start and end date specified in the parameters aligns it with the current stock data, the data is also grouped by Location, Source and SubSource

Selection Criteria

  • Date Range - inclusive range based on the date the order was placed on the sales channel
    • Start Date = From the start of the day for the specified date
    • End Date = To the end of the day for the specified date
  • Only processed are included
  • Order Item must be linked to a Linnworks Stock Item at the time of Processing. Unlinked orderitems will be excluded from the report.

Reported Values

  • Location = the Location the order item was processed from, if not know 'UNKNOWN' will be displayed
  • Source = the name of the Channel source, eg 'EBAY'
  • SubSource = the name of the Channel sub source, eg 'EBAY0'
  • ItemTitle = the Title of the Linnworks stock item that was linked to the order item at the time the order was processed
  • ItemNumber = the Item Number of the Linnworks stock item that was linked to the order item at the time the order was processed
  • Category = the Linnworks Category assigned to the Linnworks stock item that was linked to the order item at the time the order was processed
  • SoldQuantity = the number of items that were sold in the specified date range
  • SoldValue = the sum of the orderitem sold price multiplied by the quantity sold
  • StockValueSold = the sum of the Linnworks Item Stock value (at time of order process) multiplied by the quantity sold
  • PostageCharged = the sum of the postage charged
  • StockLevel = the current Linnworks stock level the inventory item
  • StockValue = the current Linnworks stock value the inventory item
  • StockMinLevel = the current Linnworks minimum level the inventory item (used for Purchase order functionality)
  • InOrderBooks = the current number of items in Open Orders 
  • StockAvailable = the current numbers of items that are available to sell (StockLevel - InOrderBooks)

Items that match across the following criteria will be grouped on a single row in the report

  • Location
  • Source
  • SubSource
  • ItemTitle
  • ItemNumber
  • Level
  • Category
  • StockValue
  • MinimumLevel
  • InOrderBook
  • Level_LessOrderBook
