Overview

The system records the audit trail for every order. The audit trail captures all actions performed by users of the system on an order such as Editing Order, Processing, Printing Invoice, Returning items etc.

To review the audit trail for an order double click on the order to bring the Order Details view and open Audit Trail tab. The list details all major actions performed by user (excluding automation actions which would normally be recorded in the automation log for every module separately).

One the unique features of the system is that it will also record the data that has been changed/added to the order. For example in case of order editing the system will record what the order data was before the change and after allowing you to review what changes have been made. To view the details of the change click on the ObjectXML View button (note that some actions don’t have complex data to record, therefore only Action note will be available)
